Abstract
The study investigates the satisfaction level of patients visiting the Outpatient Department of Trà Vinh University Hospital from August to December 2022. It describes a high satisfaction rate among patients regarding the healthcare services provided, including accessibility, transparency of information, facilities, staff behavior, treatment outcomes, and service costs. Notably, the satisfaction rate concerning service outcomes was exceptionally high, with 991% of patients satisfied. However, there are areas for improvement, such as waiting times and information on service costs. The study emphasizes the importance of improving healthcare service quality to meet patients' needs and expectations
