Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the theoretical and practical basis of food safety in agricultural production and state management of food safety in agricultural production. Data were collected from previous research works, reports of the agricultural sector related to the state management of food safety in agricultural production. The author used the desk review method on secondary data to analyze the current situation of state management of food safety in agricultural production. Additionally, the expert interview method was combined to supplement practical data, thereby recommending solutions to enhance the capacity of state management and control of food safety in agricultural production in Vietnam
