Abstract

Cooperative is a form of socio-economic organization objectively born in the process of developing the market economy and is increasingly popular in the modern social economy based on the "cooperation" foundation. The theory of this model was formed along with the development of cooperatives over the past 200 years in the world. Although it is a progressive and superior model, in order for a cooperative to develop its potential and strengths, there are challenges that need to be overcome and conditions that must be achieved.
