FACTORS AFFECTING THE ENVIRONMENT CLINICAL PRACTICE OF STUDENTS OF TRA VINH MEDICAL COLLEGE
Abstract
Studying on 115 Medical students having completed internships at clinical departments using the CLES+T questionnaire in five areas: Students' perceptions of the clinical environment, leadership style of department management, nursing care, supervisory relationships, the role of clinical facilitators, the paper identifies factors affecting the clinical practice environment of students in 2022. The research shows that the clinical learning environment tends to be positive. However, the level of perception is still not good because students received little individual supervision, and there is not much interaction between students and lecturers outside of practice hours.
