THE BELIEFS OF HRE COMMUNITIES ON ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION PERSPECTIVES

Abstract

This article analyzes the worldview and beliefs of Hre communities in maintaining balance and harmony in their living and ecological environments. This study employs ethnographic fieldwork methodology to discover the worldview and practices of the Hre ethnic group in Quang Ngai province in protecting water and forest environments. Therefore, this paper emphasizes the role of ritual practices in ecological balance and environmental protection. In the context of economic and social change, the worldview and beliefs of the Hre ethnic group are valued and significant references for environmental protection activities based on communities.
