Abstract

After more than 30 years of renovation, under the leadership of the Party and the dynamism in socio-economic development management, Binh Duong has really made breakthrough changes in industrial-urban development. Binh Duong province has changed in economy, culture and society and has become the most dynamic developing province in Vietnam.

The 4th industrial revolution is directly affecting individuals, families, businesses and especially the cultural and educational environment. The process of industrialization and modernization has had a strong impact on traditional culture in Binh Duong, leading to changes in traditional cultural values and the formation of a number of new cultural values associated with traditional culture.

Along with accelerating the process of industrialization and modernization, Binh Duong authorities and people has built a culture and urban lifestyle in accordance with the development trend, meeting the requirements of sustainable development.
