Abstract

Gender equality and gender inequality are important concepts that attract the attention of social managers, feminists and researchers. However, gender stereotypes still exist quite commonly in society in general and in rural communities in particular. The article wishes to combine the knowledge learned about gender and apply the theoretical point of view respectfully to solve the problem of gender equality and gender inequality in rural families today.
