The Journal of Human, Family and Gender Studies (the Journal) is an organization affiliated to the Institute of Human, Family and Gender Studies, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. The Journal operates under the Press License No. 121/GP-BVHTTDL dated 05/09/2025 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam. The magazine has 2 publications in Vietnamese (one publication per 02 months period) and in English (01 publication per year).
The functions and tasks of the Journal are: organizing the editing and publication of publications related to propaganda, mobilization, consultancy, criticism and organizing the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the government’s policies and laws on people, family and gender; announcing and introducing theoretical and practical research results and basic issues on people, family and gender in socio-economic development in Vietnam and the world from the perspective of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought; announcing policy orientations, scientific information and training in the field of research of the Institute for Human, Family and Gender Studies; is a scientific forum of the industry and interested readers.
