Developing the teaching – learning quality of the courses on administrative dispute handling at undergraduate level

Abstract

At the moment, administrative disputes are handled by both the courts and administrative agency; hence there are different elective courses in the Bachelor program curriculum on this topic, resulting in several shortcomings in the teaching – learning organization of these courses, such as: some theoretical issues on administrative disputes are not mentioned in any courses; lack of coherence between courses; all courses are non-compulsory for students which results in the incomprehensive knowledge; teaching method focuses more on theory than practice, etc. In order to increase the educational quality of these courses, there need to be solutions on the awareness of the courses’ role, the restructuring of the courses, and changes in the teaching methods of these courses.
