WOMEN'S WORK AND FULL GENDER EQUALITY PROMOTIONIN THE SPIRIT OF RESOLUTION 11-NQ/TW IN LAM DONG PROVINCE TODAY

Abstract

The article presents the views of the Communist Party of Vietnam on women's work, promoting gender equality in accordance with Resolution 11-NQ/TW. On the basis of this theory, we analyzes the achieved results, limitations and causes of limitations in women's work and gender equality promotion under Resolution 11-NQ/TW in Lam Dong province in 15 years (2007 - 2022). At the same time, propose some solutions to well implement women's work and promote gender equality according to Resolution 11-NQ/TW in the coming time
