Abstract

Managing the activities of the assessment of the learning outcomes in English following competence-based approach pupil of lower secondary secondary schools is an important criterion to improve the effectiveness of English teaching activities, since these activities have direct effects on the improvement of teaching quality. In this article, the authors assess the picture of current management activities stage to evaluate the results of English subjects according to the approach to student capacity in lower-secondary schoold in Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province, from there proposing a number of measures to improve the effectiveness of management in English learning outcome assessment activities according to the approach to student capacity to meet the requirements of education reform
