Abstract

Enzyme is a catalytic protein that catalyzes most of the biological reactions that occur in living organisms, ensuring that the processes of metabolizing substances in living organisms proceed at a rhythmic rate, weighing for, in certain directions. Thus, the enzyme has ensured the regular exchange between the living body and the external environment, meaning that it ensures the survival of the living body.
