PROMOTING THE HUMAN FACTORS IN THE CAREER OF SOCIALIST CONSTRUCTION IN VIETNAM TODAY FOLLOWING HO CHI MINH IDEOLOGY

Abstract

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh once said "the first crucial element to build socialism is socialist people", his affirmation clearly showed the position and important role of people in the socialist revolutionary cause which are chosen by our Party and people. In the setting of globalization and deeper international integration, the world is entering the era of The Fourth Industrial Revolution, which opens up many new opportunities but also poses great challenges to the construction and defense of the socialist Vietnamese motherland. In that context, promoting the human factor, according to Ho Chi Minh's thought, is one of the key contributors to turning our country into a socialist-oriented industrialized country as the goal set by the 13th National Congress
