NGUYEN TRAI'S DEEP PATRIOTISM

Abstract

In the history of Vietnamese thought, Nguyen Trai (1380-1442) is a bright star, a great thinker of the nation. “Having that position, not only due to his virtuous life and consciousness for the people, for his country, but more importantly, because his thought reached the heights of the times, he generalized the regular issues of national salvation and construction, and pointed out the importance of theoretical awareness in practical activities, thereby raising the nation's thinking to a new level” [3, p.259]. All of Nguyen Trai's thoughts are a system of knowledge related to many areas of social life: politics, military, diplomacy, education, literature, morality... deposited in his thought is the human value, but the red thread that runs through is the passionate and earnest patriotism for the people
