Improving level of foreign languages for general teachers and vocational teachers is an important factor, it helps teachers increase their ability in searching for materials, referring foreign documents in the context of widely and deeply international integration in current time, contribute to improving training quality and the trade-mark of the school in the world. Vocational construction teachers include teachers teaching construction engineering, construction materials, construction mechanics and construction electricity. This article reflects the situation of level, foreign languages ability of the vocational construction teachers and proposes 05 solutions to contribute to improving the level and ability of foreign languages to meet the national standards of vocational teachers
