Factors affecting the decision to learn Accounting at Tay Nguyen university

Abstract

There are many domestic and foreign studies on the factors affecting the decision to study accounting, but no research has been conducted at Tay Nguyen University. Using the survey method for 250 Accounting students at the University, the paper identifies the factors influencing the decision to study Accounting at Tay Nguyen University with the level of impact respectively: The University’s reputation, social’s information and needs, career prospects, family and peers, personal characteristics. The article is a useful document for students and managers at Tay Nguyen University, helping them have appropriate solutions to improve learning efficiency and training quality.
