Abstract

Today, autism syndrome is a hot issue in society and is considered one of the mental disorders in children. Autism is a disease in a group of intrusive developmental disorders affecting many aspects of a child's development, it is manifested by a severe and pervasive impairment of mental functions in the following aspects: poor social, abnormally slow and deviant language development, poor behavior and behavior, fixed, repetitive... These syndromes cause children to face a lot of obstacles, difficulties in communication, interaction, etc. social work. Therefore, social workers must really become an intermediary, a bridge to support, provide the necessary knowledge and skills to help parents of children with autism handle real problems well set off for their children.

The study points out the concept of autistic children, analyzes the influencing factors and educational roles of school social workers, including: The role of education in knowledge and skills; communication on the right to education, nutrition care, health, and pre­school psychology; Organize training; mobilizing parents to directly participate in therapy with their children; Psychological counseling for children and young parents… these are very important issues in the process of supporting parents of children with autism in preschool by social workers.
