CURRENT SITUATION OF STATE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES ABOUT HISTORY - CULTURAL RITES IN HOA AN DISTRICT, CAO BANG PROVINCE

Abstract

Management of historical and cultural relics is an issue that is being closely concerned by localities. Hoa An is a mountainous district of Cao Bang province, with a high density of historical and cultural relics. By method of field survey and study of state management documents on management of monuments, the author of the article has assessed the status of state management of relics in Hoa An district on 5 aspects. These assessments have practical significance for the locality of Cao Bang province, helping managers have a comprehensive view of cultural heritage management and offer practical solutions to make this work more effective in the near future.
