Abstract

In the years 1939-1945, the World War II raged and many countries including Vietnam became involved. Against this background, the Indochinese Communist Party promptly responded by asking revolutionary newspapers to raise their voice in support of anti-fascist countries. Thoroughly grasping the Party’s policy, the revolutionary press in Tonkin in the period 1939-1945 devoted many articles to the spirit of international solidarity and opposition to the pointless war. Opposing the war, standing for the people, and protecting working people around the world is a consistent perspective and action of the Vietnamese Communist Party and people.
