Abstract
Education in Vietnam has been changing to competency-based education since 2018. Under this circumstance, many teaching tendencies have been emphasized such as Mathematical Modeling or Integration of Math into other subjects. These methods make Mathematics more meaningful. They also help students to understand the application of Mathematics in real life as well as in other sciences. Probability has many applications in our life, especially in genetics. This research aims to study the current Mathematics Textbook for Grade 11 and Biology Textbook for Grade 9 and 12 from the integrated view. Based on that, we have implemented a set of questions on students to find out the level of mobilizing knowledge of probabilities in solving genetic problems.
