Some solutions for improving the effectiveness of human resource management in Phu Yen VNPT

Abstract

Identifying human resource management is a very important factor, contributing to the improvement of the competitive strengths, and sustaining the growth of every business. At present, in the market of information technology telecommunication, there has been a tough competition of many large enterprises, especially the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and Viettel Mobile Group (Viettel). This article proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of human resource management in Phu Yen VNPT.
