Exploring the solution of TCP-Reno and TCP-Vegas with ZRP over MANET

Abstract

The combination of both hybrid routing protocol and transmission control protocol (TCP) plays an important role in end-to-end data packet transmission. The main contribution of this article is to find the effect of different scenarios on hybrid routing protocols and the TCP variants (Reno, Vegas) over MANET. According to the simulation results by simulation tool NS2 (version 2.34), Packet delivery, Drop ratio, Average throughput, Average end to end delay, the article conducts data processing, analysing and performance evaluation.
