Solutions for teachers to enhance the quality of student consultancy in lower high schools

Abstract

Adolescence, the years from puberty to adulthood, is the stage that consists of many changes in their physical, psychological conditions and personalities. This stage is also called “the teenage crisis period”. Therefore, apart from good students, there still have some students with negative behaviors or having problems in their study. These problems will have a negative impact on their personality development. Although there are many reasons resulting in these problems, however, the main one is the ineffective consultancy in lower high-schools. This article proposes some sollutions for teachers to enhance the effectiveness of the student consultancy in lower high-schools nowadays.
