Abstract

Social housing development is a matter of special concern to the public in recent times when the demand for social housing is increasing. To ensure the right to a place to live, our Party and State have issued many regulations to help people and especially low- income people access housing, thereby ensuring the country's sustainable development goals. However, the current regulations on social housing development still have certain limitations and inadequacies, which have directly affected the development of social housing in the current context. Starting from there, the article focuses on clarifying the need for social housing development, assessing the limitations and inadequacies in the legal regulations governing  this  issue,  thereby  making  a number of recommendations for completion.
