Abstract

Today, the world tends to return to the application of traditional knowledge of traditional remedies in health care and community economic development. This leads to a fierce legal battle to determine ownership of traditional remedies between countries. In Vietnam, the protection of intellectual property rights to traditional knowledge of traditional remedies lacks specific provisions. Through this article, the author will clarify the protective methods and the practice of protecting traditional knowledge of traditional remedies in Vietnam, thereby proposing solutions to the research problem.
