Controlling the state power in Hau Le dynasty and the lessons for the establishment of current system of state power control

Abstract

The paper focuses on analysing the theories, reliefs in term of construction of the state power control and indentifies the legal mechanism of supervising the state power in the Hau Le Dynasty. The supervisory power policies of Hau Le Dynasty were consituted on the basic of the Confunism theories of power; the construction the the state, a clear system of sactions and rewards. Based on that, the author draws several lessons and provides solutions to complete our legal system at the present.
