SOME ISSUES ABOUT JUSTICE EXPERTISE ACTIVITIES IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Judicial expertise activities are the use of knowledge, means, scientific, technical and professional methods to produce professional conclusions. Negatives in judicial expertise have a great influence on the fight against crime and expertise conclusions. Therefore, in this article, the author deals with the common negative behaviors, the causes and conditions that give arise to negatives in judicial expertise, thus providing anti-negative solutions in judicial expertise.
