SOME CURRENT LEGAL ISSUES CONCERNING INVESTMENT UNDER BUSINESS COOPERATION CONTRACTS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Business cooperation contract (hereinafter referred to as “BCC”) is one of flexible and popular investment methods in Vietnam recently. This method also increasingly shows prominent advantages in comparison with other investment modes. However, the BCC mode and its governing laws still contain certain limitations and shortcomings causing investors not really satisfied. Therefore, deeply understanding all related legal issues before choosing to invest via the BCC mode is an important requirement for interested investors.
