Abstract

Abstract: The article assesses the current state of digital transformation and the
application of artificial intelligence in two core domains of Viet Nam’s legal life, and
examines international experience from the United States. On that basis, it offers
directions for building a modern, transparent, effective, and accessible judiciary and
legal system in Viet Nam, thereby contributing to a robust legal foundation for the
country’s sustainable development in the digital era.
