Abstract

Human resources are the most important resources for socio-economic development of each socio-economic form. Human resource as an employee uses the means of labor to influence the object of labor in the production process. Therefore, human resources are the subject of creating the total product of goods in society. Vietnam is in the process of developing production forces during the transition to socialism, so the development of human resources is a prerequisite. In this article, the author discusses the role of human resources thereby clarifying the problems posed to human resources in Vietnam today in order to have a development orientation and improve the country's human resources. in terms of quantity and quality.
