SOME FACTORS AFFECTING THE RESULTS OF MPLEMENTATION OF GENDER EQUALITY IN THE NORTHERN MOUNTAIN REGION OF OUR COUNTRY TODAY

Abstract

Gender equality always is an issue of concern to the State of Vietnam, implementing many important policies to bring about equal rights among genders. Therefore, over the past years,
gender equality in Vietnam in general and in the Northern mountainous region in particular has improved
markedly. However, the situation of gender inequality in the Northern mountainous region is still taking
place in different forms. In the framework of this article, the author analyzes a number of factors affecting
the implementation of gender equality in the northern mountainous region today. Thereby, providing a
scientific basis to propose appropriate solutions to overcome limitations, contributing to improveing the
effectiveness of gender equality implementation in the northern mountainous region of our country.
