GENDER EQUALITY IN THE FIELD OF ETHNIC WORKS - VIEW FROM OBJECTIVES DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES

Abstract

The Government issued Resolution No. 28/NQ-CP on March 3 Strategy on Gender Equality for the period of 2021-2030 with specific targets to further narrow rd, 2021, promulgating the National
the gender gap, creating conditions and opportunities for women and men to participate and enjoy equal
benefits in all fields of social life, contributing to the sustainable development of the country. From the
results and shortcomings in the implementation of the National Strategy on Gender Equality for the
period of 2011-2020, it can be seen that the implementation of the objectives of the National Strategy on
Gender Equality for the period of 2021-2030 will face many difficulties and challenges. Especially the
implementation of gender equality in the field of ethnic works due to the socio-economic characteristics
as well as the culture, customs and practices of ethnic minorities. This situation raises many issues that
need to be studied.
