ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING FOR ETHNIC MINORITY YOUTH TO SERVE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS

Abstract

In the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, as well as the development process that changes the socio-economic face of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in our country,
the youth are the pioneering force in learning and applying modern scientific and technical advances to
production. However, entrepreneurship training for young people in general has been difficult, for young
people who are ethnic minorities, it is even more difficult, because most of the ethnic minorities live in
the mountainous area, deeplying and remote areas, areas with special difficulties, low educational level,
difficult in accessing information. The article focuses on real analysis and assessment of the advantages
and disadvantages of entrepreneurship training for ethnic minority youth and at the same time proposes
some solutions to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training for ethnic minority youth in the
near future.
