SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN THE NATIONAL TARGET PROGRAM FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS IN THE PERIOD OF 2021 - 2030

Abstract

In recent years, the Party, State, Government and National Assembly have issued many priority guidelines and policies for programs and tasks to create advantages in science and technology for socio-economic development throughout the country, including sustainable development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. The article analyzes the achievements of science and technology in the period 2011-2020 and focuses on discussing plans and solutions to deploy science and technology tasks in order to effectively implement the national target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period of 2021-2030.
