SOME ISSUES ABOUT HUMAN RESOURCES IN OUR COUNTRY UNDER EDUCATION AND TRAINING VIEW

Abstract

Determining the survival and development of each nation, ethnicity depends on many resources, including Human force resources is the most important. This study exploits the data set on human resources in recent years of the Statistics Department General of Vietnam aims to identify and discuss the current situation human resources of socio-economic regions throughout the country. The quality of human resources of socio-economic regions in the country increasingly improved but still at a low level. So do how to shorten the difference, gradually improve the human resources quality of the whole country meet the cause of industrialization, modernizing the country, integration and development are the responsibility about the nation, the ethnicity and the whole society
