DIGITALIZED EDUCATION MANAGEMENT: THE CASE STUDY OF DIGITAL LIBRARY OF SMART UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The case study of changing the status and role of smart university libraries shows that the “digital age” has appeared in the world with digital libraries, smart libraries and smart university. Smart classroom characterized by research and development, innovation of modern communication technology on the network platform. In Vietnam, education management in general and university governance in particular are undergoing a radical and comprehensive renovation in which libraries are digitalized to become smart libraries. These changes help to better meet learners’ requirements, instructors, managers and people interested in research and development of high quality human resources.
