TRANSITION OF UNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE MODELS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE 4.0 INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Abstract

This article is analyzing a basic characteristics of the transfomation proccess of the management models. Basic content of the organizational theory; the characteristics of the university and university administration such as an administration of the educational organization following organizational theory in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution. At the same time, introduce and analyse the trends and models of university governance in the world. This is the content that is very interested in research today in order to create a management scientific base for reviewing Vietnam's university education.
