V.I.LENIN’S VIEWPOINTS ON ETHNIC ISSUES, SOLVING ETHNIC ISSUES AND THE CREATIVE APPLICATION OF V.I.LENIN’S VIEWPOINTS TO THE PRACTICE OF THE VIETNAM REVOLUTION

Abstract

The paper analyzes theoretical and practical values in Lenin's viewpoins on ethnic issues and resolves ethnic issues on the world revolutionary movement; at the same time, it also clearly shows the creative application of Lenin's viewpoins of the Communist Party of Vietnam to the Vietnam revolution cause, contribute to the criticism of wrong and reactionaries viewpoins and denial of the revolutionary, scientific and humanistic nature of Marxism - Leninism in the current period.
