THE RESULTS OF STUDYING ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUTION OF BYTTNERIA ASPERACOLEBR
Abstract
In continuation of our research on the phytochemical investigation of the roots of Byttneria aspera Colebr (Sterculiaceae), herein we report the solation and structure elucidation of seven compounds 3β-hydroxytaraxer-14-ene-1-one (7), epigallocatechin (8), polystachyol (9), threo and erythro-anetholeglycol(10),syringicacid(11)and2-Hydroxy-4'methoxypropiophenone (12). Their structures were elucidated by using MS and NMR spectroscopic methods.
