Abstract

This paper examines the relationship among leadership capacity, corporate culture, and performance outcomes at machinery installation companies in the Central Viet Nam. SEM model is utilized to analyze the relationship based on the data collected from 280 employees working at Lilama Corporation’s member companies in the Central Viet Nam. The results indicate that the leadership capacity and corporate culture have a direct influence on their business performances. Based on the results, the author proposes good and sound solutions to corporate management to help Lilama Corporation’s member companies in the Central Viet Nam gain their competitive advantages in the new context.
