Stakeholders in sustainable tourism development: a view from tourism products based on the Cham culture in Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam.

Abstract
Basing on the theory of sustainable development and stakeholder outreach, this study examines several aspects of sustainable tourism development in Ninh Thuan province on the basis of analyzing the real need of the Cham community as well as stakeholders involved in tourism activities. The research results show that the provincal authorietis have not built appropriate strategies to connect, define and promote stakeholders in tourism development in Ninh Thuan. Furtheremore, this investigation reveals that paying attention to the real needs of the Cham community itself will be able to help attract effective participation of this community to the success of the goal for sustainable tourism development.
