Process of formation, development, and links of the ancient kingdoms in the central region of Vietnam

Abstract

This article reviews the historical sources as well as the uses and speakers of historical sources related to the formation of the ancient Champa kingdom(s) in Central Vietnam. Through the author would like to suggest some new approaches to the formation and evolution of the ancient kingdoms in Central Vietnam in the past from the formation process, linked through the emergence of a common polity called is Champa. This article
reviews Chinese historical sources of the Linyi regime in history, its relationship with other pre-Champa polities.
