Evaluation of the performance of the land registration office branch in Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province
Abstract
Research strategies to assess the current situation and research and propose solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the Land registration office Branch in Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province. Research methods include: Collecting secondary and primary data, statistics, synthesizing, and processing data according to the 5-level Likert scale to evaluate the value of the activities of employees. Operational results of the Land registration office Branch in the Phuc Yen market show that there are still many backlogged documents; Main address records are not synchronized or updated regularly; Incomplete land database; Facilities, quantity, and quality of personnel do not meet job requirements. According to the results of the people's survey, 5/8 criteria were rated at a high level; 3/8 criteria are at an average level. As a result of the staff investigation, 4/8 criteria were rated at a high level; 2/8 criteria were at an average level, and 2/8 criteria were at a low level. From there, the study proposes 05 solutions to improve the operational efficiency of civil servants in Phuc Yen city.
