OBLIGATIONS TO IMPLEMENT INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS IN ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

In the context of extensive international integration, ensuring the rights of ethnic minorities in Vietnam today is always associated with the obligation to effectively implement international human rights conventions, especially is the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD, 1965). Legal and practical analysis, as well as the justification for the solution to this problem, are the central task of the article.
