PROPISING SOME BREACH CAUSED BY DEALING WITH BAD DEBTS, WHICH COULD BE EXPLOITED FOR GANING SEL INTERES

Abstract

Bad debt problem has been one of the most appealing issues which to be concerned for the past few years. Rising bad debt does not only affect the bank, enterprises, but deal a great impact to the entire economy. Thefore, handling bad debts is vital to stabilize and develop the economy, as well as to preserve the banking system. Whilst dealing with bad debt, arising certain problem if not treated objectively but rigorously, they would be an opportunity for those who take advantage of in order to profiteer. Such act woul have caused serverely lost of capital and property of the state and the credit institutions. This article presents an overview of bad debt in the credit institutions, and indicate some tricks which could be used to exploit bleach in the process handling bad debt, and propose some solutions to the minimize damage of creadit institutions.
