Abstract

Tocxicity testing of effluent slaughter from Le Gourmet company with Daphnia magma showed that LD₅₀ after 24 hours, and 48 hours of raw wateswater is 67,71%, 49,64% respectively. Whereas the treated water for LD₁₀ after 24 hour was 60. 94% and 11.72% after 48 hours. Test showed that the wastewater treatment system slaughter was reduces the toxictity of wastewater effects on ecosystems receiving water. Besides toxicity tests with Daphnia magma can be used to evaluate the toxicity of waste water.
