ĐÔNG HÓA NHẰM NÂNG CAO TÍNH CHẤT HUYỀN PHÙ "SUBMICRON CURCUMIN"

Abstract

The free supsension of nanocurcumin was directly prepared from alcoholic extracts with steam injection. The smallest diameter of the "submicron curcumin" was about 489mm in the case of steam pressure of 5atm. For increasing the quality of nanocurcumin suspension, the high-speed homogenization technique, 1000rpm and 30 minutes, was applied. The results showed that the particle size was obtained appoximately  402nm.
