HIỆU ỨNG QUANG XÚC TÁC TRÊN MÀNG TiO2 CHẾ TẠO BẰNG PHƯƠNG PHÁP PHUN NHIỆT PHÂN

Abstract

Nano TiO2 films were prepared by spray pyrolysis method from TiCl4 solution onto glass substrate. Phase composition and structure of films were examined by pattern of XRD, and surface morphology of them were analyzed by SEM and AFM. Photocatalysis capability of the films were evaluated by blue methylene decomposed capability under illumination of halogen lamp. The experimental data showed that the forming films had single phase and anatase nanostruture, they can decompose blue methylene relatively strong. This open applied capability of nano TiO2 films on enviromental treatment
