Abstract

The process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam aims at a basically industrialized and modernized country in 2020. To achieve this goal, local authorities are required to implement the planned strategies positively and actively. Hence, Binh Thuan province makes relentless efforts to mobilize domestic resources and investments from foreign countries in order to accelerate this process. The assessment of current situation in attracting FDI in recent years in Binh Thuan is essential because it provides appropriate solutions to further improve the quality, the efficiency and the application of FDI in this province.
