From the Party’s policy to the Government’s support to small and medium enterprise development

Abstract

Implementing the Party’s innovation policy, the State has issued many supportive policies for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) development. Currently, SMEs account for 96.7% of the total number of enterprises in the country, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the country. However, the State’s SME support policy also reveals a number of shortcomings and problems that need to be removed for SMEs to develop rapidly and stably in the coming time.
